Work Order Reporting Guide
If you notice an emergency in the community—such as an irrigation leak, roof leak, plumbing issue, or other urgent maintenance concern—please report it promptly using the guidelines below:
During Regular Business Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM):
Submit a work order request by contacting communitycare@actionlife.com. Please include as much detail as possible, including the location, type of issue, and any immediate concerns.
After Hours Emergencies:
For urgent issues outside of business hours, please call (949) 450-0202. You will be connected with an after-hours on-call service, which will notify the designated manager on duty.
A manager will then contact you directly to confirm receipt of the issue and provide a status update.
Timely reporting helps ensure issues are addressed quickly and helps protect the community from further damage.

Harbor Ridge Crest – Roof Replacement(s)
The Association has commenced two roof replacement projects within the Community. Although these projects are not anticipated to directly affect the majority of residents’ daily activities, the Association appreciates the community’s understanding and cooperation during this period. Any questions or concerns should be directed to Management for further assistance.

January 2021 Billing Correction
Dear Harbor Ridge Crest Homeowners:
This letter is to inform you that an error was made on the January 2021 billing statements originally mailed to you. The January 2021 billing statement incorrectly lists the regular monthly assessment as $687.00 plus a special assessment of $27.00.
The special assessment line item of $27.00 has been eliminated. The actual monthly assessment starting January 1, 2021 is $687.00 total.
Action Property Management apologizes for any confusion this may have caused. New billing statements will be mailed to you.
If you make your monthly payments through your bank to automatically issue a check each month, the correct amount should be $687.00 total starting January 1, 2021. Please contact your bank to ensure the correct amount is issued.
If you already paid the incorrect $714.00, the $27.00 overpayment will be credited toward your February payment.
